Payments and plans
How do I pay?
With Paystack: debit card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details.
Which plan should I choose?
If your exam is within a few months, the exam-season pass is usually cheaper: you pay once and it lasts until your JAMB date. If you just want to try Qwizo for a while, go monthly and cancel any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel the monthly plan from Settings at any time and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens when my exam-season pass ends?
You go back to the free plan. Your progress, uploads and history stay in your account.
What if something goes wrong with a payment?
Contact us and we'll sort it out. If you were charged and didn't get access, we'll fix it or refund you.
